If you choose to join our email list, your details are managed through Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), which we use to send emails, newsletters and product updates. Brevo stores data on secure EU-based servers and is fully GDPR-compliant.

We may also use Zapier to automate data transfer (for example, when you fill out a Wix form) and Manychat for social-media messaging automations. These platforms act purely as processors — they handle data on our behalf under strict data-protection agreements.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary:

Order records – for up to 6 years to meet tax and legal requirements
After that, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
